No Returns or Refunds
All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for any of our misting products once an order has been placed and processed.

It is the customer’s responsibility to review all product details and ensure the order is correct before completing the purchase. If you have any questions about the product, we encourage you to contact us prior to ordering.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, you must contact us within a reasonable timeframe after delivery. We may request photos or additional information to assess the issue. If approved, we will work with you to provide a replacement part or solution at our discretion.
Shipping Issues
We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, incorrect shipping information provided by the customer, or circumstances outside our control. However, we will assist in tracking shipments when possible.
